Please choose the date you are interested in and the link will take you to the booking form for the event
Our terms and conditions are on the booking form also.
Once completed we will check availability at the event and contact you to advise if space is available.
Sometimes our emails will go into your junk box so please check these too
On the day of our event we will supply both chairs and tables unless stated on our event page.
We will also supply free tea and coffee to all crafters and sometimes have a selection of soft drinks and water for sale.

We will endeavor to process your booking for our events within 48h however sometimes it may take a wee bit longer.
Our fairs are ran locally and we will limit the amount of same tables at each event so booking early is highly recommended to save disappointment
1.We will supply tables at our events unless stated on the event page. tables cost £15 unless stated otherwise
2.Bookings can be made by filling in the booking form. This is required for all bookings.
3.Once your booking is confirmed we will issue an invoice which is payable within 48 hr of receipt. We normally send invoices 4-6 weeks before the event date.
4.One reminder will be sent if payment is not made, whereupon further non payment we will cancel your booking and re allocate your space.
5.Items listed on your booking form should be the only items sold on the day of the fayre as it would be unfair to find other stall selling similar on the day.
6.Public liability insurance should be held by yourself however it is not compulsory however the organizer will not accept any responsibility for damage or accidents caused by you or your stall. We highly recommend P.L.I
7.Food hygiene certificates and hygiene rating cert from the local council must be held by all crafters selling food items. A copy should be displayed during event.
8.All sellers of alcohol MUST hold a personal licence for the sale of alcohol.
9.Stall holders who cancel 2 weeks before the event date will receive a refund of part of their booking fee if we manage to re sell your space, less £5 admin charge. 10.Refunds will be made after the event has taken place and we have sold your space.
11.Cancellations made within 48hr of the event will not be refunded unless we have success re selling your space.
12.please arrive in good time before the event to allow for setting up.
13.We ask that you do not leave before the finish time of the event as this does not look professional to customers or other stall holders.
By agreeing to the t&c of booking you will agree that the organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused during the event.
